Appearance: Your typical Scandinavian, Rasmus is tall and lanky, standing at around 6'2". While it may not appear so, he does in fact have some muscle mass from wrestling reindeer calves a lot during his teen years. He is well known for his long slender "piano fingers" and his narrow eyes which seem to constantly change their shade of blue. Like most Swedes, Rasmus has a narrow face with thin features, except his lips. His hair is a rusty brown, an evenly coloured cross between copper red, dark blonde, and gold, and is usually worn around ear-length in a kind of scruffy mass.

History: Rasmus Lundqvist was born one hot summer day at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden. The son of a famous actor, he grew up in a life of fame and wealth, never knowing want. From the very start he was expected to follow in his father's footsteps, and at the tender age of four he had his first role in one of his movies. It was a small role, but enough to spark his interest for acting.
As a young boy, Rasmus often stayed with his maternal granparents, members of the nomadic Sámi people of northern Scandinavia and northwestern Russia. He would join them as they herded their many reindeer across the immense lands. In the winter, they would let him ride with them on their snowmobiles, and as he got older they taught him how to capture calves with the lasso and keep them down while tagging them.
He was in his early teens when his powers manifested, and his grandparents decided it was time to reveal what they were. What he was. They told him he was from a family of elementals, rare and powerful magical beings whose spirits were tied to one or more of the elements of nature. Through their connection to them, they could control and move the elements as though they were part of their body, and in some cases become one with them.
Around the same time he got his first real breakthrough as an actor, after a number of smaller roles in various movies and TV shows during his childhood. At thirteen, Rasmus got a role as one of the main characters in a now long forgotten sci-fi show. While it only lasted a total of three series, it became quite popular, especially in Sweden, and still has a cult following. Rasmus sometimes checks fanart and fanfiction about it, though most of it is shit in which his character abandons his love interests from the show and falls in love with an OC, a mary sue representing the author themselves.
Not only was Rasmus working on the show and training in using his powers with his grandparents, he also had to keep up in school, which his parents considered very important. They thought he couldn't live only on his acting talent, with the long times of unemployement and constant struggle to get roles that came with being an actor. After nine years of primary school, and three years at an aestethic programme at the gymnasium, Rasmus decided he wanted to finish his studies abroad. And so, shortly after his nineteenth birthday, he moved to San Francisco.
