BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP THWUMP
That was the sound of Blade's alarm going off as he rolled over and groaned,he'd been up late again. Tying to cram two lots of study plus a quick run through all the combat moves he was being taught was not easy on the body, but then again having a large house helped for practice space. Pulling himself groggily out of bed he rummaged through his wardrobe, half of which was spilled onto the floor, and headed for the shower.
Hopping out and looking at his clock again, he ran down to the kitchen and grabbed some toast, said hi to everybody then hearted off to school. Appearing in one of the library's many empty isles, he headed out the door just as the bell was blaring for home room. Sitting his way through that and the first lesson, he made his way to maths which he breezed through. As he headed to the cafeteria he put his hand in his bag to conjure some food and stuff hoping no body would notice. Arriving at one of his favourite trees, he sat down and wandered if any of his friends would show up.

♥Now watch me thrust this knife called lust♥♥Into my chest♥♥Until it busts♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥Grace's alarm went off. Another boring day at a boring mortal school. How... boring. Grace slapped the alarm and it stopped ringing in her fragile ears. Soon after, she sat up and yawned. "School sucks" Grace cussed to herself, yawning still. After a few minutes of sitting on the end of her bed doing nothing, Grace rose from the bed and staggered to the bathroom.
She spent the next thirty seven minutes inside it, sorting out her hair, getting washed, getting ready in general. Then she staggered down the stairs. "Mom, I'm gonna go to school." she said, to which her mom responded; "Okay dear, have fun." Grace let out a half-hearted "heh". She knew she wasn't going to have any sort of fun at her place of study. At least, she thought that.
Grace then caught the bus and sat on it, listening to her pink iPod Nano. The bus journey lasted about thirty minutes then she was at school.
She went to her home room, and lived her average school day... until it was time for her lunch. She looked over to a familiar face; it was a guy who was in the same lesson's as her that day. He looked lonely, sitting by the tree. So Grace thought it best to 'introduce' herself.
She made her way up to the boy and sat beside him, by the tree. Her gaze was outward, toward the school. "So.. why're you here all alone." she asked. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥Song: Hollywood Undead - Knife Called Lust♥ ♥Vocab: cba finding out♥ ♥Characters: Grace Durden to Blade Halliwell♥ ♥Muse: ♥ ♥Comment: Sorry 'bout length♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥This posting template was made by forged at AwakenedToMagic. Blade hadn't been sitting long, he'd only just started looking through what he'd actually conjured, when a girl he recognised sat down next to him. She wasn't part of his usual group but most of them had probably ditched, something he couldn't afford. Pulling out a sandwich he looked at it's contents, turkey cheese and mayo, that'd do.
"So.. why're you here all alone."
Blade looked over at the girl and smiled, “Well normally, when they attend, I have a group of friends that meet me here. Chances are they've ditched though.” Biting into the sandwich and smiling, anything was better then curried egg, rummaging through his bag he also pulled out two bottles of grape juice. “Want one? I must've grabbed two accidentally in my rush.” The stupid excuse had worked for everyone else.
Thinking over what day it was, “I'm Blade by the way. Don't we like have a whole heap of classes together this afternoon?” One of the first things he'd each semester is commit his timetable to memory, a handy thing when 'family emergencies' were far from out of place. And sure there was a lot of family but that just meant that if one said no there was another that could be bugged.
